Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP)
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current state licensure and ASHA certification (or CF eligibility, if applicable)
Experience in school-based, early childhood, or pediatric settings preferred
Knowledge of IEP development, evaluations, and service delivery models
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences or related field
Current state SLPA license or registration
Experience working under SLP supervision in school or pediatric settings preferred
Ability to implement treatment plans and collect data
Strong organizational and communication skills
Occupational Therapists (OT)
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current state licensure
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Knowledge of sensory integration, fine motor, and functional skills
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support IEP goals
Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA)
Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
Current state licensure
Experience in school or pediatric therapy settings preferred
Ability to carry out treatment plans under OT supervision

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
Current state licensure
