Shontai M. Thomas, M.Ed., CCC-SLP
I bring over 26 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist across school systems, home health, and private practice, giving me a deep understanding of how school districts operate and what students, educators, and therapists truly need to succeed.
Previously, I was the owner of a successful pediatric home health agency for more than 15 years, serving children and families throughout Houston and surrounding communities. This experience shaped my commitment to consistency, quality, and strong partnerships in every service AspireWorks provides.
AspireWorks was founded to partner with school districts and Head Start programs through dependable therapy staffing solutions and educational consulting services that extend beyond the classroom.
